Tri Coloured Vegetable and Cheese Cutlets

Tri Coloured Vegetable and Cheese Cutlets

Tomorrow is India's 67th independence celebration. Every year on August 15 ,I celebrate this big day with true spirit of patriotism. This time I thought of doing something special and dedicate my food creativity to the nation and the big day. After tri coloured Dhokla I had some other things in mind, out of them one was Tri Coloured vegetable cutlets.

This was done with no artificial colours. All natural veggies used to give the 3 beautiful colours of India's national flag.

Easy to make, no much efforts needed, very few ingredient and yummy too..:)
Here is the recipe and ingredients for these cheesy delights..
